Job Title: Forex Trading Sales Manager



Job Summary:



The Forex Trading Sales Manager is responsible for driving client acquisition, increasing sales revenue, and managing a high-performing sales team within the forex trading sector. This role requires a strong understanding of the financial markets, particularly foreign exchange, and a proven ability to implement strategic sales plans. The ideal candidate will lead by example, ensuring targets are met while delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Sales Strategy & Execution



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospective clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and positioning.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management



Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, and provide regular coaching and feedback. Conduct regular team meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations.

3. Client Relationship Management



Build and manage strong relationships with both retail and institutional clients. Provide clients with up-to-date information about forex products, trading platforms, and market opportunities. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty through professional service and follow-up.

4. Marketing & Lead Generation Support



Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and promotional activities. Assist in the development of sales materials, presentations, and digital content tailored to target markets. Attend industry events, expos, and seminars to expand brand presence and network.

5. Compliance & Risk Management



Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and internal policies. Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for all client interactions. Identify potential risks and escalate issues appropriately to senior management.

6. Reporting & Analytics



Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance team efficiency and results.

Key Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in forex sales, trading, or business development (managerial experience preferred). Strong understanding of the forex market, trading platforms, and financial instruments. Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams to exceed targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and trading platforms (e.g., MT4/MT5). Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). Results-driven with a strategic mindset and high attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
