Al Nayef Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead and expand our business development efforts across our diverse portfolio, including
Fit-Out
,
Information Technology
, and
Marketing
services. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and proven track record in sales within Abu Dhabi, with the ability to develop strategies, drive revenue, and manage client relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across the Group's business units.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the Fit-Out, IT, and Marketing sectors.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with a focus on profitability and long-term growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (project, operations, finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
5-6 years of UAE experience
, specifically in
Abu Dhabi
.
Proven sales track record in
Fit-Out, IT, or Marketing
industries.
Strong business network and market knowledge within the UAE.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strategic and growth-oriented mindset.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
