Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a diverse retail team to deliver strong sales performance and exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee daily store operations, including openings, closings, cash reconciliation, and administrative reporting.
• Manage and maintain efficient stock control through accurate inventory tracking, replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Conduct team meetings and training sessions to ensure product knowledge and customer service excellence.
• Handle escalated customer issues professionally, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor store KPIs and develop action plans to improve sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, Trading Safety standards, and local health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising (VM) team to maintain appealing and commercially effective displays.
• Support recruitment, performance management, and coaching initiatives to develop high-performing teams.
• Implement efficient staffing plans aligned with peak hours and customer demand.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in large-format or multi-department stores.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, SOPs, and customer engagement.
• Proven leadership ability with excellent communication, delegation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective commercial strategies.
• Skilled in handling pressure, multitasking, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.
• Familiarity with retail safety and compliance standards in UAE.
