Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales, service, and operational excellence.
• Recruit and develop high-performing staff and ensure succession planning for key roles.
• Conduct regular briefings and meetings to communicate performance targets and company objectives.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience through active engagement, feedback, and coaching.
• Maintain presence on the sales floor to support the team and assist customers.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising, promotional displays, and store layout standards.
• Achieve and exceed sales, profitability, and operational KPIs including shrinkage and conversion targets.
• Control operating costs, manage payroll, and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, loss prevention measures, and safety standards.
• Oversee all in-store operations, including stock management, returns, and daily cash handling.
• Foster a positive team culture built on collaboration, respect, and accountability.

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or equivalent leadership role in retail.
• Proven track record in achieving sales and profitability goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and operational acumen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
• Ability to handle physical tasks and work extended retail hours as required.
