to lead and grow sales of acoustic partition systems and gypsum solutions across the UAE. The role focuses on driving project sales within commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, and mixed-use developments, working closely with consultants, architects, main contractors, and fit-out companies.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies for acoustic partitions, gypsum boards, drywall systems, and sound-insulated solutions
Identify and secure new projects through consultants, architects, contractors, and developers
Build strong relationships with MEP consultants, interior designers, fit-out contractors, and project managers
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award
Track and follow up on tenders, RFQs, and BOQs related to acoustic and gypsum works
Project & Client Management
Coordinate with technical, estimation, and project teams for pricing, submittals, and specifications
Ensure compliance with project acoustic performance requirements (STC, NRC ratings, fire rating, etc.)
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve targeted margins
Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
Market & Reporting
Monitor UAE construction market trends related to interiors and acoustics
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and monthly performance updates
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field
7-10 years
of proven sales experience in
acoustic partitions, gypsum systems, or interior fit-out
within the UAE
Strong network with consultants, fit-out contractors, developers, and main contractors in the UAE
In-depth knowledge of
gypsum systems, drywall partitions, acoustic panels, and soundproofing solutions
Experience handling project-based sales and tendering
Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong understanding of BOQs, specifications, and tender documentation
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Commercially astute with strong closing skills
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
