Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Operations Manager

to lead our

Air Conditioning (AC) Division

. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and operational expertise in HVAC systems, with a solid track record of managing teams, projects, and service operations across the

GCC/Gulf countries

.

This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, project execution, service delivery, budgeting, client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regional standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all operations of the AC Division, including project execution, maintenance contracts, and service delivery. Plan and coordinate resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. Manage installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC/AC systems. Ensure compliance with local (GCC) codes, standards, and safety regulations. Lead, train, and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians. Liaise with clients, consultants, and government bodies to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction. Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and operational KPIs. Handle procurement, vendor management, and inventory control for HVAC equipment and materials. Conduct regular audits and implement improvements in operational efficiency and quality. Generate reports and updates for senior management on performance, project status, and profitability.

Mandatory Requirements:

Proven experience working in the GCC/Gulf region

in a similar capacity. In-depth knowledge of GCC-specific regulations, client expectations, and project execution norms. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including VRF, DX, Chiller-based systems, and split units. Familiar with tendering processes and documentation in the GCC. Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills. Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
