Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented

Sales Executive

to join our

Air Conditioning (AC) Division

sales team. The candidate must have hands-on experience in selling HVAC/AC products and solutions within the

GCC/Gulf countries

and possess strong client relationship skills.

This role involves actively generating leads, maintaining existing accounts, and supporting the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets across the Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new sales leads for HVAC/AC products and services in the GCC market. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, contractors, and consultants. Assist in preparing and presenting technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs. Coordinate with the internal team (technical, operations, and procurement) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and sales orders to ensure timely closure. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback in the Gulf region. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall divisional revenue growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems. Support participation in regional trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.

Mandatory Requirements:

Proven experience in HVAC/AC sales within the

GCC/Gulf countries

. Good knowledge of AC product lines such as VRF, chillers, split units, etc. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage). Willingness to travel within the GCC region. Understanding of local business customs, regulations, and tendering processes.
