Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Logistics Coordinator role located in Dubai at Abrao LLC. The Sales Logistics Coordinator will support our operations with order processing, managing sales orders, coordinating shipments, handling import/export documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.. You will work closely with distributors, retailers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Process sales orders and coordinate with suppliers and customers. Prepare reports, process customer orders and negotiate prices with suppliers. Manage import/export logistics with freight forwarders and shipping partners. Prepare shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL/AWB, etc.) Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and key accounts. Track shipments and update internal teams and customers regarding delivery status. Ensure timely dispatch of goods from suppliers to customers through efficient logistics planning. Support sales team with forecasts, stock updates, and follow-ups. Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams. Maintain ERP/CRM records and prepare sales & logistics reports.

Requirements

Experience in trading, import/export, logistics, or sales coordination. Experience in Horeca/FMCG industry is an advantage. Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and customs procedures. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced trading environment Proficiency in Excel/MS Office is a must; knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is an advantage

Qualifications

Multilingual Skills. Experience in the hospitality industry or related field is a must. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
