We are seeking a reliable and proactive Sales & Logistics Coordinator to support our Lubricants Division. This role focuses on managing day-to-day follow-up with existing customers, processing their orders, and coordinating all logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of lubricants products. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, organized, and experienced in handling order operations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Management & Sales Support

Maintain daily communication with existing customers to follow up on orders, inquiries, and delivery requirements. Prepare and process customer orders, quotations, and sales confirmations. Monitor customer buying patterns and follow up on repeat orders to ensure consistent sales cycles. Provide timely updates on product availability, lead times, and delivery schedules. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to arrange loading, dispatch, and delivery of lubricants. Prepare logistics documentation including delivery notes, packing lists, and transport requests. Track shipments and ensure customers receive accurate and timely delivery updates. Liaise with transport providers to schedule deliveries and handle any delays or operational challenges.
Internal Coordination

Work closely with sales, warehouse, finance, and procurement teams to maintain seamless order flow. Communicate any order or delivery issues quickly to the sales team and customers. Support reporting activities including daily sales tracking, logistics performance, and customer activity reports.

Required

1-3+ years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, supply chain, or customer service. Experience in oil & lubricants, automotive products, industrial supplies, or similar industries (preferred). Strong communication and customer-relationship skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Email.
Preferred

Knowledge of transport scheduling, warehouse processes, and delivery operations. Understanding of lubricants handling, safety requirements, or product categories (advantage).

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
