We are looking for a highly organized and dynamic

Sales & Logistics Coordinator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a dual role, handling both sales support and logistics coordination. This includes managing client relationships, preparing proposals, coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth end-to-end logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for logistics services. Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts for clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets. Coordinate import and export shipments (air, sea, and land). Manage customs clearance procedures and documentation as per UAE regulations. Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, and clients. Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers. Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and related logistics documents. Ensure compliance with JAFZA, Dubai Customs, and other regulatory requirements. Monitor warehouse operations and stock movements (if applicable). Handle customer inquiries and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred). Minimum 2-4 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding (UAE experience preferred). Sales or business development experience in logistics is an advantage. Knowledge of Dubai Customs, JAFZA regulations, and shipping documentation. Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software (ERP experience is a plus). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
