We are a growing transport company based in Jebel Ali seeking a dynamic
Sales & Operations Executive
to handle both business development and daily transport coordination. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, optimizing trip planning, coordinating with drivers, and supporting business growth in container and GCC transport services.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Client Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in UAE and GCC markets.
Prepare and follow up on transport quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
Act as the primary contact point for clients, resolving service issues and ensuring satisfaction.
Maintain a client database and track sales pipelines.
Transport Operations Coordination:
Coordinate daily transport schedules and dispatches with drivers.
Monitor trip completion, route optimization, and turnaround times.
Ensure compliance with transport documentation, permits, and border requirements for GCC trips.
Manage timely invoicing, POD collection, and trip closure.
Report trip status, revenue, and performance to management.
Fleet & Driver Management:
Coordinate with drivers regarding assignments, availability, and discipline.
Ensure drivers are briefed on job instructions, safety protocols, and trip documentation.
Monitor vehicle utilization and aim to maximize trips per vehicle.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Experience:
Transport coordination: 1 year (Required)
Corporate Sales: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
* UAE light vehicle driver license (Required)
