About the Role:



We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Sales Head

to lead our real estate sales team and drive growth across our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record in achieving ambitious sales targets within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for off-plan and ready property projects. Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and high-net-worth clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs, and provide training to enhance team performance. Drive lead generation initiatives and ensure effective CRM utilization. Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and property launches. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business growth plans to management.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum

5+ years of real estate sales experience

, including

2+ years in a leadership role

. Strong understanding of Dubai's property market and off-plan sales. Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Goal-oriented, proactive, and passionate about real estate.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
