Position Overview:



We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven

Sales Head

with a proven track record in Dubai's real estate market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, leading a team of sales professionals, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and high-potential clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to drive continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, developers, and other stakeholders. Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of sales staff. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to senior management. Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulatory requirements in the UAE.

Requirements:



Minimum

7+ years

of proven sales experience in the

Dubai real estate market

, with at least

3 years in a leadership role

. Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate trends, off-plan and secondary markets, and investor behavior. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and motivate high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong network of clients, developers, and real estate professionals in the UAE. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field. MBA is a plus.
