We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales function and accelerate our growth in Dubai's competitive real estate market. The ideal candidate should be well-connected, entrepreneurial in approach, and experienced in building and driving a motivated sales team toward consistent, high-quality conversions.
Key Expectations:
5-7+ years of proven UAE real estate sales experience, preferably with a developer
Currently leading a small but high-performing sales team with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Well-established personal network across Dubai's broker community, investors, HNIs, and international channels
Ability to bring pre-existing leads and strategic partnerships to create immediate sales momentum
Skilled in team leadership, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance coaching
Strong command of Dubai's real estate ecosystem, market trends, and regulatory framework
Role Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual revenue goals
Recruit, mentor, and retain high-quality sales talent
Build and expand broker networks, partner alliances, and global outreach models
Oversee sales presentations, deal negotiations, closing activities, and customer experience
Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to align pricing, campaigns, and product positioning
