Job Summary

Call My Doctor Health Care is seeking a highly target-driven Sales Floor Manager / Tele Sales Conversion Specialist to run the sales floor and improve conversion rates from existing inbound leads. The role requires strong phone-based sales expertise, performance monitoring, and focused follow-up on non-converted leads to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Floor Management

Manage and supervise day-to-day sales floor activities Ensure all inbound and existing leads are followed up systematically Monitor individual and team performance against targets Maintain sales discipline, call quality, and follow-up standards

Lead Conversion & Revenue Optimization

Focus on leads that were not converted and drive closures Improve overall lead-to-conversion ratio Personally handle high-priority or complex leads Ensure accurate lead tracking and zero follow-up leakage

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor sales dashboards, charts, and daily MIS Track KPIs such as lead conversion rate, follow-ups, and closures Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management

Tele Sales Execution

Convert inbound leads through phone calls and WhatsApp follow-ups Apply proven sales techniques for healthcare service offerings Handle objections professionally and ethically Update CRM systems with accurate call remarks and outcomes

Process & Quality Control

Ensure adherence to company SOPs and sales processes Support training and performance improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations

Required Experience & Skills

Mandatory experience in banking or financial product tele-sales Proven ability to work with targets and performance metrics Strong background in phone-based sales and lead conversion Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets proficiency High ownership and result-oriented mindset
