Role Overview
We are seeking a
dynamic Sales Accounts Manager / Business Development Specialist
to join our growing team in Cairo. This individual will play a key role in managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless project delivery.
What You'll Do
? Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare and insurance clients
? Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business
? Collaborate with technical teams for successful project execution
? Oversee invoicing, payment tracking, and accounts receivable
? Develop strategic account plans and performance reports
? Support clients with guidance and solutions to ensure satisfaction
What We're Looking For
? 3-5 years of experience in client/account management within IT, healthcare, or insurance
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
? Strong communication skills in English & native Arabic
? Proven success in sales or business development
? CRM/project management tool familiarity (a plus)
? Detail-oriented, adaptable, and client-centric mindset
