Job Description
Manage the material sales to ensure business objectives are met.
Develop key contacts through market analysis, networking, industry association and community involvement to identify new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain personal relationships with internal and external customers. Understand existing needs and create solutions of value to both parties.
Work closely with management to establish sales plans and strategic goals and plans
Develop and update market information in targeted areas to develop our capabilities and offerings.
Comply, understand, and support corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.
Develop a high performing sales team
