Job Title: Sales Associate (Bilingual: English & Arabic)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Arabic and possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a representative of our company, you will uphold our high standards of service and style, providing tailored consultations and fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients in a professional and personalized manner.
Understand customer needs and provide expert advice on products, styling, and brand heritage.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product line and seasonal trends.
Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation to luxury standards.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with discretion and professionalism.
Support inventory control and restocking efforts as needed.
Build and maintain a loyal customer base through CRM and client outreach.
Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with discretion and grace.
Qualifications:

Fluency in English and Arabic
Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for fashion, style, and luxury goods.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Experience in a Luxury watches is a plus
