About the Role:

We are expanding our team and looking for a

Cross-Cultural Real Estate Sales Executive

to join our Elite Realty Sales division. This is a client-facing role ideal for professionals who are fluent in

Mandarin, Russian, Arabic, or major European languages

and passionate about international property markets.

No prior real estate experience is required

-- as long as you're eager to learn and committed to growth, we'll provide you with full training and support.

Responsibilities:

Represent high-end residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi and Dubai Advise and guide international buyers and investors Build and manage your own portfolio of global clients Leverage PSI's lead generation, CRM, and marketing tools to maximize performance Deliver a premium, professional client experience

Requirements:

Fluency in Mandarin, Russian, Arabic, or a European language Excellent communication and presentation skills Based in the UAE or open to relocating to Abu Dhabi Self-driven, professional, and eager to grow in the real estate industry Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
