Job Summary

We are hiring a bilingual Sales and Operations Manager to oversee client relationships and field operations in Abu Dhabi. This role serves as a key link between our Dubai head office and Abu Dhabi teams, ensuring smooth coordination, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for clients in Abu Dhabi. Supervise day-to-day field operations and ensure service quality. Ensure compliance with all local regulations and internal policies. Coordinate closely with Dubai headquarters for resource planning and reporting. Manage team performance, schedules, and operational logistics. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Handle client feedback and resolve issues proactively.
Requirements

Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English (both written and spoken). Proven experience in facility management operations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work across departments and manage cross-functional coordination. Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate. UAE driving license is an advantage.
