Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Civil, MEP, and Fit-Out sectors.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and client referrals.
Meet with clients to understand project requirements and present tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure project alignment.
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and update CRM with all sales activities and client communications.
Stay updated with market trends and competitors.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in the construction, interior fit-out, or MEP industry.
Strong network of clients in construction and fit-out sectors is an advantage.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Valid UAE driving license is
mandatory

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
