We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Sales Executive
with a strong background in
civil
and
electromechanical works
, especially related to
villa renovation, maintenance, and construction projects
. The ideal candidate should have excellent industry knowledge and the ability to generate leads, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients for villa renovation, maintenance, and civil work projects.
Develop and maintain a strong client base by building long-term relationships.
Conduct site visits and understand client requirements.
Coordinate with the engineering and project teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and timelines.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities as needed.
Requirements:
Proven 3+ years of sales experience in a
civil
,
electromechanical
, or
renovation company
in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of villa renovation, fit-out, maintenance, and related civil services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
