Alif Ya Early Childhood Center is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Executive / Business Development
professional to manage sales leads, client communication, enrollment strategies, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business development, marketing collaboration, and lead generation to drive growth and parent engagement in a fast-paced preschool environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify target markets, analyze industry trends, and develop effective business development strategies.
Achieve budgeted revenue and enrollment targets through proactive sales initiatives.
Develop, manage, and maintain collaborations and partnerships with corporates, schools, community organizations, and relevant stakeholders to drive enrollment growth.
Manage, track, and follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication to ensure high conversion rates.
Distribute incoming leads to nursery branches and monitor follow-up progress.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to improve brand visibility and generate high-quality leads.
Support nursery branches during local events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to improve tour-to-enrollment ratios.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing parents to ensure sustained enrollment and retention.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and regular updates for management.
Stay updated on education sector and preschool market trends to maintain a competitive edge in admissions.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in business development or sales (experience in preschool education or real estate is an advantage).
Proven experience in
partnership development, collaborations, or corporate tie-ups
is a strong advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and enrollment conversions effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and develop business strategies.
Highly organized, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
