Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and business development for FMCG products across targeted sectors.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
Maintain optimum stock levels to fulfill customer requirements.
Perform regular client visits and ensure product visibility through effective merchandising.
Monitor product availability, shelf presentation, and promotional compliance at retail locations.
Track inventory, monitor product expiry dates, and report damaged goods.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
Manage entrusted stock and ensure accountability.
Expand and retain the existing customer base.
Submit daily sales and activity reports.
Requirements:
3 to 4 years of proven experience in FMCG sales within the UAE.
Valid UAE Driving License and access to a personal car.
Strong knowledge of UAE market dynamics and customer base.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
