Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and personable

Junior Sales Executive

to join our growing sales team. This role focuses on expanding our product presence across the UAE within the

HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes), wellness centers, pet stores, and laundry chains

. The ideal candidate will have field sales experience, strong local market knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

Identify, approach, and onboard new clients in HORECA, wellness, and specialty retail sectors. Build strong networks across the UAE to increase brand and product visibility.
Sales Execution:

Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and sample distribution. Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and close sales independently or with support when needed.
Internal Coordination:

Collaborate with internal departments (operations, accounts, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

3-4 years of experience in

field sales or B2B sales

within the UAE. Industry experience in

FMCG, hygiene, or service supply

sectors is preferred. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Key Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in the field. Proficient in CRM software and digital sales tools.

Performance Expectations:

Close

10-15 new accounts

within the first 3 months across cafes, salons, gyms, laundries, etc. Achieve

monthly sales of USD 50,000

, with growth targets beyond that. Establish strong local presence for the brand in niche B2B sectors.

Compensation:

Salary:

AED 5,000 per month (Fixed)
