Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and service quality.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client communications.
Submit regular sales and market reports to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the steel fabrication industry.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes and construction standards.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and CAD software (preferred).
Personal Attributes:
