- Steel Manufacturing Company to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B industrial sales, preferably in steel or related sectors, and will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and distributors.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.
Understand customer needs and offer tailored steel product solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and marketing teams.
Requirements:
Proven experience in steel, metal, or industrial product sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer focus with the ability to build long-term relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Valid driving license required.
