Industry: Forex & CFD Brokerage | Institutional Sales

ZitaPlus, a regulated brokerage firm licensed by the BVI Financial Services Commission, is expanding its institutional sales division at our Dubai office.

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive who is fluent in both Russian and English and has a strong background in finance, particularly in the Forex and CFD markets.

Responsibilities:

Build and manage strong relationships with institutional clients, HNW individuals, and active traders Promote ZitaPlus's multi-asset trading services, Identify new business opportunities through research and proactive outreach, Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to clients based on their trading profiles, Work closely with internal teams for smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction, Represent ZitaPlus in relevant industry events and regional networking channels, Report regular updates on sales activity and client feedback to management.
Requirements:

Proven experience in brokerage firms, focusing on institutional or high-net-worth (HNW) clients, Comprehensive understanding of financial markets including Forex, Commodities, Indices, and CFDs, Native Russian speaker with excellent English communication skills, Strong interpersonal, client engagement, and negotiation abilities, Residing in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
