. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our architectural showroom, engaging with clients, presenting technical product details, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and operate the architectural showroom, ensuring a high standard of presentation and customer service.
Greet and assist walk-in clients, understand their project needs, and offer tailored product recommendations.
Provide expert advice on architectural and engineering products based on technical specifications.
Develop strong relationships with architects, designers, consultants, and contractors.
Coordinate with the technical and design teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Follow up on leads and inquiries, preparing quotes and sales proposals.
Maintain showroom stock and product displays, ensuring cleanliness and product readiness.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product innovations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Fluent in Russian or an EU national with excellent English communication skills.
Proven experience in showroom sales or technical sales, preferably in architectural or construction-related products.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to the UAE.
