Identify and develop new business opportunities in the retail, wholesale, and HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering) sectors.
Promote and sell the company's bakery and food products to existing and potential customers.
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demos.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale with clients.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and product availability.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in food manufacturing, FMCG, or B2B sales.
Strong knowledge of food products, bakery ingredients, or pre-mix items is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Valid UAE driving license (if applicable to your region).
Ability to work independently and travel as required.
