Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced

Senior Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and customer service, with the ability to drive revenue growth, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to the success of our store.

Important Note:

Candidates with social media marketing skills and proficiency in Arabic will have a significant advantage.

Candidates who can join immediately will be consider as an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

:

Sales Growth:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.

Customer Engagement:

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and building long-term customer relationships.

Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to effectively educate customers and recommend suitable solutions.

Team Collaboration :

Work closely with the management and sales team to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive customer experience.

Social Media Marketing:

Leverage social media platforms to promote products, engage with customers, and enhance brand visibility (candidates with prior experience will be prioritized).

Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Language Proficiency:

Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking customers to enhance their shopping experience and address their needs (Arabic language skills are a strong advantage).

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive, Retail Sales Associate, or similar role in the retail industry. Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using POS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in social media marketing (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) is highly desirable. Fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage; bilingual candidates (Arabic/English) are encouraged to apply. High school diploma required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
