Job Overview:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of frozen food products by developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong knowledge of the frozen foods market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers in retail, wholesale, and HORECA segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the frozen foods sector (retailers, distributors, HORECA, catering companies, supermarkets). Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by management. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and customer demands. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients. Coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of goods. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. Promote company's frozen food product range through client visits, calls, and presentations. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing after-sales support and resolving complaints effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 2-4 years' proven experience in sales, preferably in

frozen foods, FMCG, or food trading industry

. Strong client network in retail, wholesale, or HORECA sectors is an advantage. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to meet sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems. Valid UAE driving license (preferred for field sales roles).

Preferred:

Experience in frozen foods distribution and cold chain sales. Multilingual abilities (English required; Arabic/Hindi/Tagalog an advantage). Knowledge of local food import/export markets and pricing structures.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
