Job Overview
As a Telehealth Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and managing new business opportunities for Al-Futtaim's medical device and telehealth portfolio. You will interact with high-level clients and stakeholders across insurance, healthcare, and government sectors-offering end-to-end health technology solutions to enhance remote care and digital health infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals across medical device and telehealth product lines
• Identify and develop new client relationships across insurance firms, hospitals, pharmacies, ambulance services, and government healthcare departments
• Deliver persuasive technical sales presentations tailored to client needs
• Stay current on industry trends, product innovations, and competitive solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of pipeline opportunities, proposals, and account updates
• Provide strategic input for product positioning and pricing within the UAE healthcare market

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of medical devices or health tech solutions
• Proven track record of solution selling to large enterprises and key accounts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
