is growing fast, and we're on the hunt for ambitious Sales Executives / Real Estate Agents to join our vibrant Dubai office!Job Role -
*Identifying and closing deals with new clients
*Advising buyers & sellers on current market trends
*Building and maintaining a strong client base
*Working with off-plan and secondary market properties
*Staying current on Dubai real estate laws and financing options
*Collaborating with the marketing team for lead generation
*Meeting monthly targets and driving personal sales performance
We're Looking For:
*Proven experience in real estate sales, especially off-plan & secondary markets
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
*Team-oriented mindset with strong time management
*Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
*Passion for helping clients find their dream properties
