Position Overview

We are seeking a

Sales Executive

with strong knowledge in

real estate sales

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell real estate properties to potential buyers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Identify customer needs and offer appropriate property solutions. Handle negotiations and close sales professionally. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive (real estate prepared) Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market and trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-driven and self-motivated. RERA Certification (preferred but not mandatory). Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
