Job Description

We are looking for a

dynamic, goal-oriented, and results-driven Sales Executive

to join our

Project Sales Division

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a diverse range of

building materials

, including

tiles, marble, paints, electrical lighting, and sanitary products

. This position requires a proactive professional with a strong background in the

construction industry

and exceptional

relationship-building skills

with key project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector. Promote and sell products to

contractors, architects, consultants, developers

, and other key decision-makers. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt responses and high-quality service. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively. Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions.

Reporting & Coordination

Keep detailed records of client communications, sales activities, and performance reports. Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing, timely deliveries, and excellent after-sales service.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering

, or a related field. Minimum

2-3 years of proven sales experience

in the

building materials or construction industry

(preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in

CRM systems

and

Microsoft Office Suite

.

Valid UAE driving license

and access to a personal vehicle (preferred).
