Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and interior design sectors
Promote and sell building material products to architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers
Achieve or exceed defined sales targets and KPIs
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Provide customized product recommendations and technical support based on project needs
Prepare compelling sales proposals, lead negotiations, and successfully close deals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in project-based sales within the building materials industry
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively
In-depth understanding of construction project timelines and the UAE market landscape
