We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to lead project-based sales in the building materials sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling products such as tiles, marble, paints, LED lighting, and sanitary ware to professionals in the construction and interior design industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and interior design sectors.
- Promote and sell building material products to architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers.
- Achieve or exceed defined sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide customized product recommendations and technical support based on project needs.
- Prepare compelling sales proposals, lead negotiations, and successfully close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project-based sales within the building materials industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and effectively manage a sales pipeline.
- In-depth understanding of construction project timelines and the UAE market landscape.
