Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals
Proactively identify and engage new corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), travel trade, and luxury leisure clients
Conduct client meetings, hotel site inspections, and promotional events
Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to encourage repeat business
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing strategies
Work closely with the revenue, marketing, and operations teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Accurately maintain records in the CRM and provide timely sales reports and forecasts
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and high-end clientele expectations
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
Professional appearance and demeanor
Flexibility to travel locally or internationally as needed
