Job Overview
As Social Media Executive, you will drive audience engagement, content planning, and community growth across platforms including Instagram and Facebook. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager and Content Creator to ensure cohesive messaging, effective scheduling, and data-driven campaign analysis that aligns with the luxury identity of JW Marriott.
Key Responsibilities

• Engage with online followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and monitor reviews across channels
• Collaborate on creative concepts for posts, stories, and influencer activations
• Draft and schedule content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns
• Coordinate in-house shoots and external agency collaborations
• Monitor analytics using tools such as Sprinklr and Meta Business Suite
• Support influencer relations, campaign logistics, and hashtag/SEO optimization
• Ensure content is on-brand, visually appealing, and aligned with seasonal promotions
• Report on KPIs and recommend improvements for future campaigns

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar digital or social media role, preferably in hospitality or lifestyle sectors
• Strong knowledge of content strategy, platform trends, and community engagement
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Sprinklr, Meta Insights, or Hootsuite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and brand storytelling
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, global hospitality environment
