We are looking for a proactive and results-driven

Events Sales Executive

to join our expanding hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in event sales and planning within a luxury hotel, resort, or similar upscale venue. You will play a key role in driving event bookings, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business leads for corporate events, social gatherings, weddings, meetings, and banquets Respond promptly to event inquiries, prepare customized proposals, and conduct site inspections Negotiate event packages and close sales in line with revenue targets Work closely with the events and operations teams to guarantee seamless execution of client requirements Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Maintain accurate records of client communications and event details in the CRM system Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities as needed Stay informed on competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive advantage

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in event sales or coordination within the hospitality sector (hotel, resort, events venue, or similar)

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage end-to-end event execution Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with event management software or CRM systems Professional appearance and client-focused approach Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by the event schedule

Locally available in Qatar with a valid Qatar visa and QID
