We are seeking an experienced and well-connected
Sales & Business Development Executive
with a strong understanding of
joinery production and fit-out materials
to expand our client base and develop strategic partnerships across Dubai and the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities for
joinery, interior fit-out, and renovation projects
.
Build long-term relationships with
contractors, developers, consultants, interior designers, and facility management companies
.
Understand
technical drawings, BOQs, and site conditions
to assist in preparing accurate proposals.
Coordinate with the
production and estimation team
to finalize material requirements, finishes, and timelines.
Follow up on leads, prepare quotations (with internal support), and drive project closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
3-5 years of UAE experience
in
joinery or fit-out sales/business development
.
Strong
technical knowledge
of joinery production, materials (MDF, veneer, laminate, polish, hardware), and site execution.
Ability to read and interpret
AutoCAD drawings and BOQs
(preferred).
Proven
network of industry contacts
in contracting, design, and development sectors.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
UAE driving license
preferred.
Must be currently based in the UAE.
Compensation
Attractive commission structure
on confirmed projects.
Basic salary + commission
negotiable based on experience.
Additional incentives for achieving sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,800.00 per month
