Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with strong experience in joinery, interior fit-out, signage, kiosks, and custom fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing quotations, and ensuring successful project acquisition from concept to closure.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities within the joinery, fit-out, signage, and kiosk sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, consultants, designers, and contractors. Conduct site visits, attend client meetings, and understand project requirements in detail. Coordinate with the design, estimation, and production teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals. Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals effectively. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and project status. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by management. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in joinery, fit-out, signage, or kiosk manufacturing industry (UAE/GCC experience preferred). Strong technical understanding of joinery materials, fit-out processes, and signage fabrication. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Valid UAE driving license (if applicable).
