About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the

interior fit-out, swimming pool construction, landscaping, renovation, joinery works, and customized home & office furniture

industries.

This role requires a professional who can identify and cultivate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth across a diverse range of high-end residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote

interior fit-out, swimming pools, landscaping, villa renovations, joinery works, and custom furniture solutions

. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client referrals. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project specifications. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and project details using CRM software. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience

as a Sales Executive, preferably in

interior fit-out, swimming pools, landscaping, construction, or related industries

. Strong knowledge of

luxury interior and exterior solutions

, including

landscaping materials, pool installations, villa renovations, and custom joinery

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Valid UAE driver's license

is a must.
