Position Title: Sales Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reports to: Business Development Manager / Business Director

Role Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and well-connected Sales Executive to join our new Dubai office. The ideal candidate is a "hunter" with a proven track record in the fit-out industry and, most importantly, possesses a substantial existing network of contacts to generate immediate opportunities.

You will be responsible for driving the sales process, from initial lead generation through your network to closing deals. This role is for a hands-on sales professional who is eager to leverage their connections and expertise to make a significant impact on our growth in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:



Leverage Existing Network:

Immediately tap into your personal network of contacts in the UAE's architecture, design, and commercial real estate sectors to generate a strong initial pipeline.

Full Sales Cycle Management:

Own the entire sales process, including client engagement, site visits, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closing.

Lead Generation:

Beyond your network, proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Achieve Sales Targets:

Consistently meet and exceed ambitious monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Brand Ambassadorship:

Represent Bright Spaces at industry events and networking opportunities, enhancing our brand presence in the UAE.

Collaborate for Success:

Work closely with our design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met and proposals are compelling.

Experience:



Non-Negotiable:

Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience specifically within the interior design and fit-out industry in the UAE.

Non-Negotiable:

Must provide evidence of a strong, active, and relevant network of contacts in the UAE market.

Verifiable

track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Experience

in a start-up or new market entry environment is highly advantageous.

Skills:



Exceptional Sales Process

: Must be able to articulate a clear, repeatable process for lead generation, qualification, and closing.

Communication & Negotiation:

Outstanding presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Self-Starter Mentality:

Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work with a high degree of autonomy.

Resilience & Attitude:

Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a "can-do" attitude. The ability to handle rejection and navigate the challenges of a new market entry is essential.

Mobility:

Must possess a valid UAE driving license and have access to a personal car with a clean driving record.

Industry Network:

Already possesses a strong network of contacts within the UAE's architecture, design, and commercial real estate sectors. This is a significant advantage for immediate impact.
