Sales Executive - Interior Design & Fit-Out

Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Executive with an interior design background and strong understanding of the Qatari market, capable of managing clients and following fit-out projects from contract signing to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and target new clients in Qatar
Manage client relationships from inquiry to project handover
Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals
Achieve sales targets and KPIs
Follow up projects from contract signing to delivery
Build and maintain a confidential client database
Requirements
Degree or professional background in Interior Design with hands-on experience in the fit-out industry
Proficient in reading and interpreting interior design drawings, layouts, and technical plans
Solid understanding of fit-out execution processes, including gypsum, painting, marble, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and MEP systems
In-depth knowledge of the Qatari interior design and construction market
Demonstrated sales, business development, and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting targets
