Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for interior design and fit-out projects.
Meet clients, understand requirements, and conduct site visits.
Coordinate with design, technical, and execution teams for accurate proposals.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.
Follow up consistently with clients until project confirmation.
Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution teams.
Maintain updated records of leads, proposals, and negotiations.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years UAE experience
in interior design or fit-out sales.
Civil Engineering background preferred.
Strong understanding of materials, finishes, drawings, and site processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Valid UAE driving license - mandatory.
