. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships in both residential and commercial interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to understand their interior and fit-out requirements
Present design concepts and company services professionally
Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
Coordinate with the design & project team to ensure timely delivery
Develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and site visits
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build long-term client relationships and handle after-sales support
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in interior design or fit-out sales
Strong knowledge of design and build processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented
Valid UAE driving license preferred
Familiarity with market trends, materials, and pricing
