We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive HORECA to develop and manage relationships with hotels, restaurants, and catering clients. The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, deep knowledge of the HORECA sector, and a passion for driving business growth in the food and beverage industry.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchasing managers, and F&B directors across HORECA accounts
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and grow product penetration across assigned clients
Present and promote products, conduct tastings, and coordinate sampling activities
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and trading terms within company guidelines
Ensure consistent product availability and timely delivery in coordination with logistics and operations
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities
Manage order processing, collections, and after-sales support
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2 - 5 years of experience in HORECA sales, preferably in FMCG, foodservice, or beverage categories
Strong existing network within the UAE HORECA market (chefs, hotels, caterers, etc.)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Valid UAE driving license
