to join our team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth by developing and managing relationships with clients in the Hospitality, Restaurant, and Catering (HORECA) sector. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the food & beverage or FMCG industry and a proven ability to close sales and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the HORECA segment (hotels, restaurants, cafes, catering services, etc.)
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue
Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients to understand their needs and promote suitable products
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network and promote the brand
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2-5 years of proven sales experience in the HORECA or FMCG sector
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
Existing network or client base within the HORECA industry
Experience working in foodservice, beverages, or hospitality supply chain
